Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days after you receive the item. Whether by mail, or local.
Shipped Items Returns/Refunds:
All online sales are final.
Items shipped can only be returned or refunded due to breakage, damage, or are lost through shipping. Items will have a claim sent through the shipping partner used. The shipping partner (USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc), may want to contact you, the buyer, for information regarding the claim as well. If the item was shipped directly to a gift recipient, the same terms apply.
All items are thoroughly described and photographed. Products are hand-made and are one-of-a-kind. Products have characteristics that give the item individual personality, instead of ‘perfect’ mass-produced goods. You may contact us at anytime before purchasing to ask questions about a product.
Digital Downloads:
Digital downloads are not returnable or refundable. You are responsible for knowing what files are compatible with your printer and software. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings & printing method. Files are in JPG and PNG only. There are no cut, craft, or vector files enclosed. Files do not work in Cricut Design Space software. Not all PNG files have transparent backgrounds. Each file states the size, and dpi of design. No physical products are sent when you purchase a digital download.
Local Returns/Refunds:
To be eligible for a local return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or contain flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards/certificates are non-returnable or refundable. Health and personal care items are non-returnable.
In order for a local return, exchange, or refund, it must be within 15 days of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded/returned. Sale items cannot be refunded/returned.
Custom, personalized, and monogramed items cannot be refunded/returned. Please inspect prototypes and items before purchase.
We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. You can exchange it for the same item only if available. If you need to exchange an item, contact us immediately, and we will rectify the issue.
If you are approved for a refund, or return, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment (Paypal, Stripe, Check, Credit Card, etc.), within a certain amount of days, depending on their policies.
Third-Party Purchases:
Items purchased through a third-party, such as Creative Fabrica, Redbubble, TeePublic, etc. are not returnable through us. You must go through where you purchased your items to receive a possible return or refund, depending on their policies.
